About Me

Hi, I’m Danica McGaffney—a communications professional, dance teacher, and creative storyteller with a passion for connecting people through meaningful experiences.

By day, I work in corporate and internal communications, where I focus on crafting clear, engaging messaging and building strong connections through storytelling.  My background in marketing and communications has given me the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from content creation to strategic planning, all rooted in thoughtful storytelling.

Outside of that world, I’ve spent the past 10 years as a dance teacher and choreographer. Dance has always been a huge part of my life—it’s where creativity, discipline, and expression come together. I love helping dancers grow not just in technique, but in confidence and performance.

One of my favourite ways to combine my passions is through travel—especially to Disney. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to take groups of dancers (both kids and adults) to perform at Disneyland, creating unforgettable experiences both on and off the stage. Through those trips, I’ve developed a love for planning, sharing tips, and helping others navigate the magic of Disney travel.
